The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team's focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.
Leidos is seeking experienced Integration Manager for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Maryland area. The candidate will manage a sensitive information technology platform supporting the offensive counterintelligence community. This includes adjudicating access for users, establishing and maintaining user accounts, conducting issue-oriented database inquiries, deconflicting interagency conflicts and challenges, and secure archival of operational records. The candidate will assist the government in development and upgrades, planning and budgeting, and other duties as assigned.
The candidate may also assist in the coordination of national counterintelligence operations and activities under ICD-751, Integrated Offensive Counterintelligence Activities, in conjunction with other intelligence organizations, in support of National Counterintelligence Requirements and White House Strategic National Campaigns. The candidate may also synchronize counterintelligence and supporting activities across the USG, securing the assistance and commitment of departments and agencies with often competing interests.
Requirements:
TS/SCI with Poly
In-depth experience conducting and coordinating counterintelligence operations
Extensive experience with working in the Intelligence Community
Experience with operating and managing sensitive information technology platforms
In depth knowledge of CI policy, strategy, and assessments
Experience conducting intelligence analysis
Experience developing national level strategic documents
Experience developing and conducting intelligence and operational briefings
Typically requires a BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Department of Defense experience conducting and coordinating counterintelligence operations

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
